They are involved in its development and growth, and some are not created by the body itself.  However, they are essential for the healthy and proper functioning of many organs. And these favor any type of person in general.  For example, recent studies carried out in the United States have shown that a high concentration of vitamin D in women promotes fertility and protects pregnancy.

However, the consumption of vitamins should also be limited, as an excess of them in the body can cause serious health problems. It is very important to consume them in doses recommended by nutritionists, and without exceeding the limits.
