Recommendations For Beautiful And Healthy Feet

Pay attention to your feet and remember to hydrate and take care of them. At night you can give yourself a massage with essential oils to relax them

It is not only about aesthetics, but also about health. So that we can walk perfectly, we do not feel pain or discomfort, to make them look beautiful in any shoes or without them, to make them look neat, etc. Keep these recommendations in mind to have beautiful and healthy feet all year round.

The shoes, allies and enemies at the same time

The first thing we must take into account is the footwear we wear. A recent study has shown that women have an average of 20 different pairs of shoes, of which only 5 regularly wear. In addition, the models that are purchased do not always respect the physiognomy of the foot and can cause pain when walking or when wearing them for several hours. For example, heels can cause quite a few problems, even though they fit so well and are stylish.

Despite the fact that women buy many more shoes than men, neither of them usually takes care of their feet and toes. It is one of the most forgotten parts of the body. This should not be the case, as they are essential for us to be able to walk and stand.

Some home treatments can actually be very good and effective. Therefore, we should take the time to “pamper” such an important part of our body, which allows us to walk and move.

Cut your nails straight

This will prevent ingrown toenails. This is a fairly common problem, especially if you do physical activity or walk a lot, because they are quite painful. To solve this growth of the nail inside the skin, place your feet in a container of warm salt water for 15 minutes twice a day until the area is deflated. Then cut the nail straight so it doesn’t happen again.

In any case, if the problem persists, it is recommended to see a doctor. The ingrown toenail can, in some cases, lead to a more serious problem that requires surgery. It is important to always be vigilant.

Protect your feet in public places

This is especially important in places like swimming pools or locker rooms, where it is very easy to contract diseases such as fungi. It is also not recommended to go barefoot around the house, because you can get warts, fungi, etc. Also, this can contribute to damaging the heels. If you like to take your shoes off when you get home from work, don’t take your socks off.

Pamper your feet once a week

On Friday nights you can place your feet in a container with water and some essential oil or salt. Let them rest for 20 minutes. Then dry well, first with the towel and then in the air, without putting on socks or shoes. It will be a great way to start the weekend.

A good massage doesn’t hurt either. Ask your partner or you can do it yourself after washing. Always with oil or moisturizing cream, starting with the heel and ending with the toes. The important thing is to take care of our feet so that they are healthy and beautiful.
