Homemade fondant with jelly recipe

Ingredients:

  • 14 g of gelatin
  • lemon extract, cinnamon etc.
  • 1/2 liter of water
  • 2 teaspoons glycerin
  • 1 cup white corn syrup
  • 900 g icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of butter

  • Put the water in a bowl and sprinkle with the gelatin. Let it rest for about 3 minutes.

  • Sift about 600 g of icing sugar into a bowl.
  • Pour the mixture over the crater-shaped sugar.
  • Stir with a wooden or plastic spoon to form a paste.
  • Smear your hands with the butter and knead your dough.
  • Roll your fondant into a ball , wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in a zip-lock bag.
  • Finally, put it in the fridge until the next day.
