Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Chopped parsley
  • Pepper

preparation:

  • Put a pot with the oil over low heat and add the green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion and finely chopped garlic cloves.
  • Sauté for a while, until you see that the onion is golden brown and the peppers have softened a bit.
  • Add the beef cut into cubes. Add the salt, pepper. Stir well.
  • Pour in the wine and let it bubble a bit, just enough for the alcohol to evaporate.
  • If you want, add some fried tomato as well. Stir and cover everything with water. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Let everything cook patiently, for at least 40 minutes, over a very low heat. After that time, take out a piece of veal on a plate and allow it to break as soon as you stretch a little with the fork. If this happens, all the vegetables will also be perfect.
  • Serve on plates with a few slices of bread to accompany it, because you will surely dunk it in the sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Half a glass of red wine
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Chopped parsley
  • Pepper
